The basics

How It Works

From opening an account to taking money out, here is what happens at each stage and what we need from you.

    Create Account

    Register with your name, date of birth, home address and email, then confirm the email address using the link we send you. One account per person, and only for people aged 18 or over who live in Great Britain.

    Verify Details

    We check your age and identity against public records. If that doesn't give a clear answer, we'll ask you to upload a photo ID and a recent proof of address in My Account. Nobody can deposit or play before this step is complete.

    Deposit

    Add funds with a Visa Debit card. Minimum £10. This is a good moment to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, which you can do from the same account menu.

    Choose Bingo or Casino

    Pick a bingo room from the lobby, or a Slingo, slot or table game from the catalogue. Each game page tells you what type of game it is and who made it.

    Play

    Buy bingo tickets for the next game in a room, or choose your stake and start. Your balance updates in real time and your session time is always on screen.

    View History

    Every ticket, spin, round, deposit and withdrawal is saved to your account under Bingo History, Game History and Transaction History.

    Withdraw

    Request a withdrawal from your cash balance at any time. It goes back to the Visa Debit card you deposited with, usually within one to three working days after approval.

How bingo works here

Bingo rooms run to a timetable. You buy tickets before a game starts, the numbers are drawn at random and marked on your tickets automatically, and the first ticket to complete the pattern wins that part of the prize pot.

What decides the prize

The pot for each game is made up from ticket sales. It is fixed when sales close and shown in the room. If two tickets finish on the same number, they share the prize.

Game types

90-ball is the UK favourite, with prizes for one line, two lines and a full house. We also run 80-ball, 75-ball and 30-ball rooms. The Bingo Guide has the full detail.

How slots work here

Each spin is settled by a random number generator at the moment you press spin. Reels don't get "due" a win, and previous spins have no effect on the next.

RTP and volatility

RTP (return to player) is the percentage of all money staked that a game pays back over a very large number of spins. Volatility describes how wins are spread: low-volatility games pay small amounts more often, high-volatility games pay less often but in bigger amounts. Both figures are in each game's info screen.

UK design rules

No autoplay, no turbo spins, a minimum of 2.5 seconds per spin, and your net position always visible. These rules apply to every slot in our lobby.
