What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, date of birth, home address, email.
- Verification data: results of electronic checks and any documents you upload.
- Financial data: deposit and withdrawal records, and partial card details. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Gaming data: tickets bought, games played, stakes, results and session times.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and log data.
- Communications: messages you send us and our replies.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To run your account and games (performance of our contract with you).
- To verify age and identity, prevent fraud and money laundering, and protect customers from gambling harm (legal obligation under our licence, the Gambling Act 2005 and anti-money laundering law).
- To improve the site and keep it secure (our legitimate interests).
- To send marketing (only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Identity verification agencies, our payment processor, game providers (limited to what they need to run a game session), GAMSTOP, IT and hosting suppliers, and professional advisers. We share information with the Gambling Commission, law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we use an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep account, transaction and gaming records for at least five years after your account closes, because anti-money laundering and gambling regulations require it. Marketing preferences are deleted sooner if you withdraw consent. Self-exclusion records are kept for as long as needed to honour them.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, ask for it to be erased or restricted, object to certain processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Some rights are limited where we have a legal duty to keep records. To make a request, email privacy@bingocrazy.co. We will respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, connections use TLS encryption, and access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it for their role.
